This repurposed piano bar has been created from an upright Wurlitzer piano and is a great conversation piece.
It provides a handy and unique addition to your entertaining area.
Almost all parts of the bar were created with original pieces from the piano. It has been painted a dark espresso brown and sealed with polyurethane. The serving area is decoupaged with Brahm’s music scores and coated with polyurethane to prevent damage from spills. It’s also a great place to display your liquor bottles.
A storage area for 8 wine bottles rests below the serving area, each bottle separated by original piano keys. A rack above the serving area holds 8 glasses and is suspended by black piano keys.
LED lights highlight some of the interesting wood details inside the piano and light the serving area. The lights have dual settings of dim and regular.
The piece can also be used as a desk. The glass rack can be easily removed, allowing additional space for a laptop or paper.
The piece can be moved fairly easily because the heavy cast iron harp has been removed and the legs and back corners have the original wheels.
